Online appraisals are conducted by using photographs and pertinent information provided by the client, via e-mail or by mail. Once contacted, we will reply via e-mail with a request for any information needed to complete your appraisal. Once completed, we will e-mail you the written Certificate of Appraisal, a documented opinion on the item you have submitted. The appraisal is our opinion of an item's value, based on the information provided to us. Obviously, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of any item. Onsite appraisals are available for private or corporate (trust companies, attorneys, insurance companies, etc.) clients. These are often useful for those requiring the entire contents (or particular collections or items of interest) of a household to be evaluated for estate, legal or insurance purposes.
